1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of lumvy.shop and all purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed before the order is processed. We accept the following payment methods:

  • And all other methods displayed at checkout

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email does not constitute a legally binding acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days. Lumvy is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at shabubabu1122@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

8. Warranty & Liability

We guarantee that all products are free from defects at the time of delivery. In case of a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

All content on lumvy.shop including logos, images, and text is the property of Lumvy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
